Professor Kang Liang-shi put forward the Kang's "yiyu" theory based on the integration of five internal organs and the relative causes of six depressions. It believes that CHB originates from the liver disease and not only in the liver, but also involves the internal organs. Based on the "yiyu" theory, the treatment of CHB is discussed. Kang believes that "Gang ping" should be the main medication characteristics for liver disease, and care should be taken to protect the spleen and stomach; clinical drugs are mostly local drugs, and measures should be taken according to local conditions to reduce the burden on patients. This article summarizes the diagnosis and treatment of liver disease based on the Kang's "yiyu" theory, and attaches a case study to provide ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment of liver disease.
